Get chat & order alerts on your phone (Anow Admin app)

Install the admin app and turn on push notifications with sound using a free Firebase project.

The Anow Admin app (Android and iOS) shows orders, live chats, tickets, hosting services and domains, and lets you approve payments and reply to visitors from anywhere.

Install and sign in

  1. Install the APK on your Android phone.
  2. Enter your website address, admin email and password.

While the app is open it checks for news every few seconds and rings for new chats.

Alerts when the app is closed (Firebase, free)

  1. Create a project at console.firebase.google.com.
  2. Add an Android app with package com.anow.admin (and an iOS app with bundle ID com.anow.admin for iPhone).
  3. Project settings › Service accounts › Generate new private key and paste the JSON into Admin › Settings › Mobile App.
  4. Copy the Sender ID, App ID(s) and API key from Project settings › General into the same page.
  5. Sign out of the app and sign in again — Push notifications active appears under More.
